The Board of Trustees and Faculty of Wyncote Academy are dedicated to the development of young people through an educational environment that is small in size and caring in approach. They affirm equal opportunity for all. Recognizing that education at an independent school requires sacrifice and commitment on the part of many families, the Academy provides various forms of financial aid and tuition payment plans that help make the Wyncote Academy experience possible.

Following formal application for admission, and Academy notification of acceptance, parents may apply for financial aid. Financial aid requests are evaluated and awarded based on the financial need of families and special circumstances. A Financial Aid Form may be requested and following its submission and review, Academy notification will indicate the determination of an Academy scholarship or loan award. If a scholarship or loan is awarded, a signed Enrollment Agreement with a $500 non-refundable deposit will be required to hold the financial aid award.


Academy Financial Aid (scholarships and loans) is for one academic year. Families of returning students must reapply each year and provide updated financial and other information for consideration of future awards. The amount of awarded scholarships and loans may change from year to year. They are determined by the financial need of families, available resources, and number of students to be served.


1. Academy 60-40 Payment Plan

60% tuition and fees due by July 1st, 40% remaining balance due by February 1st.

2. Academy Quarterly Payment Plan

first payment is due by July 1st, 40% and subsequent payments due  due by October 1st, January 1st, April 1st.

3. Academy Extended Tuition Payment Plan

• An eleven month payment plan.
• First payment due by July 15th, following payments are due August through    May by the 15th of each month.

4. Visa/MasterCard

Tuition and fees may be charged to Visa or MasterCard. Contact the Wyncote Academy business manager to authorize a payment charge.
